Employee Screening/Background Investigations

 

Security Walls, LLC provides a basic background investigation and a comprehensive background investigation. The basic background check is for non-managerial or entry level candidates.  The comprehensive background is for managerial candidates or individuals with access to or control of substantial or critical resources. The following is a list of services provided.   

  Capabilities

  • History -Employment – complete with neighborhood interviews
  • Credit History
  • Criminal History - domestic, weapons, drugs, sex offenders
  • Identity verification
  • Polygraph examination
  • Handwriting analysis

 

Basic Background Investigation

  • Identity verification
  • Social Security number check (Has the candidate used other social security numbers in the past, an indicator of possible fraudulent activity)
  • Present and past address (omitted addresses – possible red flag)
  • Criminal record check
  • Education verification
  • Employment verification
  • Bankruptcies, Tax liens, Judgments
  • Driving violations
  • Sexual offender search

 

 

Comprehensive Background

 

This background check will provide all checks listed in the basic check with the following additions.

  • Nationwide search of property owned
  • Names of persons living with candidate
  • Residence verification
  • Neighborhood interviews
  • Expanded employment verifications
  • Civil record search (may present as post lawsuit)
  • Corporate affiliations
  • Military service record
  • Professional license verification
  • Polygraph examination (on request only – additional fee)
  • Drug screening (additional fee)

 

Polygraph examination and drug screening is recommended for high level appointments.
